Geography at Our School

At our school, Geography ignites children’s curiosity about the world and helps them develop a deeper understanding of their place within it. Our curriculum is designed to build secure knowledge of diverse people, places, and environments, while encouraging children to think critically about the natural and human processes that shape our planet.

Through engaging enquiries, map work, fieldwork, and real-world investigations, children learn to ask thoughtful questions, gather information, and draw meaningful conclusions. They develop important geographical skills—such as using maps, atlases, digital tools, and observational techniques—that help them make sense of the world around them.

We aim to foster respectful and responsible global citizens who appreciate the beauty, diversity, and challenges of our world. By nurturing curiosity, a sense of adventure, and a commitment to stewardship, we empower children to understand how their actions can make a positive difference locally and globally.
